I had a coffee with Fardos some time ago when I was on the market for more work. 
I don’t usually review recruiters like this, but I had to make an exception. Throughout the process, I took notes, reached out to contacts, got every bit of information she needs, and even little tidbits I’d have missed. Professional, diligent, warm, personable; a true credit to the industry. But the most important quality of Fardos I want to shine a light on is that she genuinely cares about her clients, genuinely wants to see them succeed and brings her own delightful brand of humanity in what can sometimes be quite a tough industry. I’ve recommended her to friends I know are in the market and will definitely reach out whenever I find myself in need of more work!
