Max has been nothing but an ideal receuiter throughout my hiring process. He always called when there is an interesting opportunity that fits me and I would like it. He paid attention my preferences and kept my life situation in mind when making decisions. Its easy to talk to him and he is very transparent in processes or guides for interviews. He always was interested what was said in the interview to get a feeling of intentions from both sides and always gave me the best move to make to secure the position.
